With a passion for blending and balancing great taste with good health, Indianapolis-based registered dietitian and culinary nutritionist Kim Galeaz balances her career with hefty servings of power walking. She’s a freelance writer, recipe creator and nutrition marketing consultant to restaurants, supermarkets and the food, beverage and agriculture industry.
